Elevating Workplace Culture
Developing and implementing programs to cultivate a culture of belonging and address harmful beliefs, biases, and behaviors. While also establishing safe communication channels for folx of all identities to address their concerns of bias, harm, or abuse.
Education and Training
Designs and facilitates employee, leadership, and student training programs for topics including anti-bias, anti-discrimination, conflict resolution, non-violent communication, de-escalation, anti-racism, and social responsibility.
Social Responsibility Support Servies
Assist organizations in identifying the social movements and issues to support based on factors such as company and customer values, impact level, location, and other relevant considerations. Additionally, we provide guidance and support to organizations aiming to integrate ethical business practices and sustainability into their operations.

To demonstrate our commitment to corporate social responsibility, we lead by example, integrating CSR initiatives into our business operations. This includes donating 15% of earnings from all Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Services to local Black, Indigenous, and People of Color organizations and campaigns
DEI Support Services for Individuals
The one-on-one customized work sessions are tailored for white people seeking a supportive space to explore and address their racial biases and oppressive behaviors. Through these one-on-one sessions, clients will work to foster self-awareness, empathy, and actionable steps toward creating a more inclusive and equitable society. Bella's process involves a comprehensive journey through various key aspects including: Unpacking Racial Biases, Investigating White Identity, Interrogating Internalized Racial Superiority, Disrupting Racism, Being a Co-conspirator and more.
